New to PMOBILE

Welcome

Let's get you onboarded

Your business mobile service is ready. Follow the steps below to transfer your number and get connected.

Save your voicemails before porting

Your existing voicemails will not carry over during the number transfer. If there's anything important saved, make a note of it before you begin.

The SMS flow

Transferring your number

The activation process is handled entirely via SMS. Follow the steps below to transfer your existing number to PCONNECT.

1

Send 'ready' via SMS

Tap the button below to open a pre-filled message — or send it manually.

2

Confirm your SIM IMEI

You'll receive a reply asking you to confirm the last 5 digits of your SIM card IMEI number — a 13-digit code printed on your physical SIM card. If you're receiving an eSIM, the message will ask you to confirm the email address configured to receive your eSIM QR code.

3

Number transfer begins

Once your IMEI is verified, we'll kick off the number transfer. You'll receive a confirmation SMS. The transfer usually takes 15–30 minutes to complete.

4

Insert your new SIM

When your old SIM loses signal, that's your cue — pop in your new PCONNECT SIM and you're good to go.

Keep your old SIM in until you lose coverage

If there's an issue with the number port process, you'll receive an SMS to let you know. Keep your old SIM in your phone until it loses coverage and switches to SOS mode — that's when you know the transfer is complete and it's safe to swap.

After you port

A few things to know

Voicemail

After the transfer, set up and manage your voicemail by dialling 101 from your handset.

Existing voicemails won't carry over — make a note of anything important before the port completes.

Using an eSIM?

Keep an eye on your inbox — you'll receive an email with a QR code. Open it on a different device so you can scan the code with your phone.
