Call Forwarding

Disable Call Forwarding

Stop forwarding your calls in a few taps from your phone's settings, or use dial codes for full control over busy, no-answer and unreachable forwarding.

In your phone settings

Turn off call forwarding from the menu

The quickest way to switch off basic (forward-all) call forwarding. For busy, no-answer or unreachable forwarding, use the dial codes further down.

Apple iPhone

iOS — Settings

1

Open Settings

Tap the Settings app on your home screen.

2

Go to the Phone settings

Tap Apps → Phone (on iOS 18 and later), or scroll down and tap Phone directly (iOS 17 and earlier).

3

Tap Call Forwarding

Open the Call Forwarding menu. If you don't see it, your SIM may not be active on the network yet — restart your phone and try again.

4

Toggle Call Forwarding off

Switch the Call Forwarding toggle to off (grey). Any number shown below it will stop receiving your forwarded calls immediately.

Android

Phone app — Settings

1

Open the Phone app

Open your Phone (dialer) app — the same one you use to make calls.

2

Open Settings

Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top corner, then tap Settings. Menu wording varies by brand — on Samsung look for Supplementary services, on Pixel look for Calls.

3

Open Call forwarding

Tap Calls → Call forwarding (or Supplementary services → Call forwarding). You'll see separate entries for Always forward, When busy, When unanswered and When unreachable.

4

Turn each type off

Open each forwarding type that is switched on and tap Turn off / Disable. Repeat for every type you want to stop.

Menus vary by device

Apple and each Android manufacturer label these menus slightly differently, and some Android phones only expose forward-all in the menu. If you can't find a setting — or need to clear busy, no-answer or unreachable forwarding — the dial codes below work on every handset.

Dial codes

Call forwarding via dial codes

PMOBILE runs on the Telstra Wholesale network, so the standard network dial codes apply. Enter a code in your phone's dialer just like a phone number, then press Call / Send. Replace [number] with the number you want calls sent to.

Turn off all forwarding fast

To cancel forward-all, dial ##21# and press Call. Each conditional type is cleared with its own code — ##67# (busy), ##61# (no answer) and ##62# (unreachable). Run all four to be certain nothing is forwarding.

Sending calls to MessageBank voicemail

To send unanswered and busy calls back to MessageBank voicemail, dial **004*101#. To remove MessageBank forwarding, dial ##004#.

A code didn't work?

Make sure you press Call / Send after entering the code, and that your SIM is active on the network. If a code still won't apply, contact the PCONNECT team at support@pconnect.com.au or call 1300 049 211.
