Using Firefox or Safari?
These steps show Chromium DevTools (Chrome, Edge, Brave). The same fix works in other browsers via:
- Firefox — F12 → Storage tab → right-click
pulse.pconnect.com.au→ Delete All - Safari — Safari menu → Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → search "pconnect" → Remove

Open the portal
Navigate to https://pulse.pconnect.com.au — any page is fine.

Open Developer Tools
Press F12, or open the browser menu → More Tools → Developer Tools.

Clear site data
In DevTools, open the Application tab → click 'Clear site data'. Make sure 'Cookies' is ticked before clicking.

Hard refresh the page
Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac).
Other ways to hard-refresh
- Ctrl+F5 (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Option+R (Mac/Safari)
- With DevTools open in Chromium browsers — right-click the refresh button → Empty Cache and Hard Reload
- As a last resort, close the tab entirely and reopen
pulse.pconnect.com.au

Sign in again
Click 'Sign in with Microsoft' and complete the Azure AD prompt.
You should now land on the Dashboard
