Can't log in to Pulse Portal?

Most login issues are stale cookies or a cached session from a previous Azure AD sign-in. Walk through these steps in order. Steps below are for Chrome, Edge, and Brave.

Using Firefox or Safari?

These steps show Chromium DevTools (Chrome, Edge, Brave). The same fix works in other browsers via:
  • Firefox — F12 → Storage tab → right-click pulse.pconnect.com.auDelete All
  • Safari — Safari menu → Settings PrivacyManage Website Data → search "pconnect" → Remove
Then continue from step 4.
1

Open the portal

Navigate to https://pulse.pconnect.com.au — any page is fine.

2

Open Developer Tools

Press F12, or open the browser menu → More Tools → Developer Tools.

3

Clear site data

In DevTools, open the Application tab → click 'Clear site data'. Make sure 'Cookies' is ticked before clicking.

4

Hard refresh the page

Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac).

Other ways to hard-refresh

  • Ctrl+F5 (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Option+R (Mac/Safari)
  • With DevTools open in Chromium browsers — right-click the refresh button → Empty Cache and Hard Reload
  • As a last resort, close the tab entirely and reopen pulse.pconnect.com.au
5

Sign in again

Click 'Sign in with Microsoft' and complete the Azure AD prompt.

You should now land on the Dashboard

If you're still stuck after these steps, capture a screenshot of the sign-in error and contact support.
