Getting started
First time signing in
Go to the Pulse Portal
Visit pulse.pconnect.com.au and sign in with your business email address.
Sign in with Microsoft
Click 'Sign in with Microsoft' to authenticate with your company's Microsoft 365 account. No separate password needed.
View your dashboard
Once signed in, you'll see your services, usage summary, and billing overview.

Account FAQs
Go to pulse.pconnect.com.au and click 'Sign in with Microsoft'. You'll authenticate with your company's Microsoft 365 account — no separate username or password is needed.
Ensure you're using the correct business email address. If your company has recently set up internet services, your account may still be being provisioned. Contact support@pconnect.com.au if you're still unable to log in.
Yes. Your invoices and service reports are available in the Pulse Portal under the reporting section.
Your portal login is linked to your Microsoft 365 identity. To update billing or account contact details, reach out to support@pconnect.com.au.
